By purchasing the Re-Defining You coaching package, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 1. Refund and Chargeback Policy:

 • All sales are final. There are no refunds, transfers, or extensions for unused sessions.

 • You acknowledge and agree not to initiate any chargebacks or disputes through your payment provider. By purchasing this package, you accept the outlined terms in full.

 2. Package Expiry:

 • The Re-Defining You coaching package includes four sessions and must be fully completed within 90 days. 

 • Any sessions not used within the 90-day timeframe will be considered forfeited, and no refunds or extensions will be granted.

 3. Session Scheduling and Rescheduling:

 • Sessions must be scheduled within the 90-day period.

 • You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before a session will not be accommodated, and the session will be considered forfeited.

 • Rescheduling is subject to availability and must occur within the 90-day program period.

 4. No-Show and Late Arrival Policy:

 • If you are more than 5 minutes late to a session without prior notice, the session will be considered a no-show and forfeited.

 • If you give notice and arrive within the 10-minute grace period, the session will continue but end at the originally scheduled time. Additional time cannot be added to make up for tardiness.

 • No-shows or late arrivals beyond the grace period are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds.

 5. Texas LLC Governing Body:

This coaching package is offered by Goddess Millionairess LLC, a company registered in Texas. All services and agreements are governed by the laws of the state of Texas.

 6. Client Responsibility:

 • By purchasing this package, you acknowledge that your results depend on your active participation, effort, and commitment to the process.

 • The coaching sessions are designed to guide and empower you, but achieving your desired outcomes is your responsibility.

 7. Confidentiality:

All personal and professional information shared during coaching sessions will remain strictly confidential unless otherwise required by law.

 8. Limitation of Liability:

Goddess Millionairess LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the coaching services.
