Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between the purchaser (“Client”) and Goddess Millionairess LLC, a Texas limited liability company with its principal place of business in Houston, Texas. By purchasing The Expansion Experience program (“Program”), the Client agrees to the following terms:

 

1. Intellectual Property

The Expansion Experience is a proprietary program developed by Goddess Millionairess LLC. All content, materials, and intellectual property provided within the Program, including but not limited to text, videos, templates, worksheets, guides, and other digital assets, are exclusively owned by Goddess Millionairess LLC.

This Program is strictly for the personal use of the Client who purchased it. The Client agrees not to copy, distribute, sell, or share any part of the Program with any third party. Unauthorized sharing, distribution, or resale of Program content will be treated as intellectual property theft and may result in legal action.

 

2. Payment Terms

  • Payment Options: The Client agrees to make either a one-time payment of $4,997 or 12 monthly payments of $497, as selected at the time of purchase.
  • The Client commits to completing all payments in full. Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of access to the Program and its resources until the outstanding amount is settled.
  • Delinquent accounts may be subject to collection efforts, and additional collection fees will apply to the outstanding balance.

 

3. Refund Policy

  • All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued. The Client acknowledges and agrees to this refund policy upon purchase of the Program.
  • Chargebacks are not permitted. The Client agrees not to initiate a chargeback or dispute with their financial institution. Violations of this clause may result in legal action, with the Client responsible for fees associated with dispute resolution.

 

4. Access Terms

  • The Client will have access to the Program materials, coaching sessions, and the Telegram community for the 12-month duration of the Program.
  • Access to all resources and coaching will end at the conclusion of the 12-month term unless otherwise specified.

 

5. Community Conduct

  • Participation in the Program includes access to an exclusive Telegram community. The Client agrees to engage respectfully and professionally. Harassment, disrespect, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the community without refund.
  • The Client acknowledges that confidentiality is essential within the community. Any personal or sensitive information shared within the Program or community should remain private and not be disclosed outside the group.

 

6. Disclaimer

  • Goddess Millionairess LLC provides tools, strategies, and guidance to support the Client's personal and professional growth. However, the Program does not guarantee specific outcomes, as results depend on the Client’s engagement, commitment, and effort.

 

7. Slander and Defamation

  • The Client agrees not to make any disparaging, defamatory, or negative statements about Goddess Millionairess LLC, its representatives, or the Program in any format, whether written, oral, or digital. Violations of this clause may result in legal action.

 

8. Communication Consent

  • By enrolling in the Program, the Client consents to receive communication from Goddess Millionairess LLC related to Program updates, billing, and other relevant matters.
  • By agreeing to these terms, the Client consents to Goddess Millionairess LLC contacting any cellular telephone numbers associated with the Client’s account using an Automated Telephone Dialing System (ATDS), as defined by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991 (and as amended), 47 U.S.C. § 227, for Program-related and billing-related communications.

 

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Houston, Texas.

 

10. Entire Agreement

  • This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Client and Goddess Millionairess LLC concerning the Program and supersedes any prior agreements, representations, or understandings.

 

By completing their purchase, the Client affirms that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply with any of the above terms may result in legal action or suspension of Program access as deemed necessary by Goddess Millionairess LLC.
