EPISODE 39: The End of the Good Girl Era - Human Design, Power & the 2027 Shift
Yesterday's U.S. elections made history. I can't help but notice the parallels between what's happening in the world and the major energetic shift Human Design predicts for February 2027.
For the first time in American history, we're seeing women and historically underrepresented communities break barriers in political leadership. From record-breaking numbers of women governors to historic firsts in representation, the conversation around who gets to lead, who holds power, and who makes the rules is changing.
And it's not just happening in politics.
We're watching people question traditional expectations around marriage, careers, money, success, and the institutions we've relied on for generations.
According to Human Design, we're approaching the end of the Cross of Planning, a 400-year cycle associated with tribal survival, collective structures, and institutional support, and entering the Cross of the Sleeping Phoenix, associated with individuality, personal authority, and self-empowerment.
And while this is a spiritual framework rather than a scientifically established prediction, the cultural parallels are fascinating.
So here's my question: If the world is changing, why are you still building your business according to somebody else's rules?
In this episode, we're getting into:
-
The historic results of the November 3, 2026 U.S. elections and why women's representation is especially noteworthy.
-
The story of Amy Acton and what happens when someone else tries to define your identity through your past.
-
Why traditional expectations around marriage, security, and success are being questioned.
-
What the transition from the Cross of Planning to the Cross of the Sleeping Phoenix represents in Human Design.
-
What Generators, Manifesting Generators, Projectors, Manifestors, and Reflectors may be experiencing as they reconsider how they work and lead.
-
Why your most expensive business problem might not be your strategy, messaging, offers, or visibility—but the fact that you're building a business that doesn't actually fit you.
Because you can be incredibly successful at building a business that is completely wrong for you.
And just because somebody else's strategy made them a millionaire doesn't mean it's the strategy that's going to make you one.

Remember, the goal isn't to become somebody else. It's to become so damn good at being yourself that you stop building a business that requires you to pretend.
Because the new paradigm doesn't need another woman who knows how to follow the rules. It needs women who know themselves well enough to decide which rules are worth following.
